East River “Sea Monster” Washes Up Under Brooklyn Bridge

A seven foot long, two foot wide “sea monster” washed up beneath the Brooklyn Bridge over the weekend. Some have described it as having the scales of a fish, body of a serpent, head of a pit bull and size of a large alligator.

Fishing in the Bay Area all my life it’s obvious to me what it is. Do you know what this “sea monster” is?

UPDATE:

This sea monster was confirmed to be an Atlantic Sturgeon by the Riverhead Foundation for Marine Research and Preservation.
